The Transcontinental Race 2019_2

Ha appena preso il via la settima edizione della The Transcontinental Race, la lunga maratona in bicicletta senza supporto esterno, che prevede un percorso di circa 4000km. Quest’anno la partenza è stata data a Burgas, sulle coste del Mar Nero in Bulgaria e terminerà a Brest in Francia.

A differenza degli anni precedenti, i ciclisti pedaleranno da Oriente a Occidente e saranno tenuti a transitare nei quattro punti di controllo previsti dal regolamento. Il primo sarà a Buzludzha sempre in Bulgaria a 220km dalla partenza. Il CP2 a Vranjska Banja in Serbia, il CP3 a Passo Gardena in Italia e il CP4 all’Alpe D’Huez in Francia.
